Richard Garlock Named Partner at LERA, Expands Developer Work in NYC and Northeast
For Immediate Release New York, NY— February 15, 2019 — LERA Consulting Structural Engineers (LERA) is pleased to announce Richard Garlock has been named a partner of the firm. With the firm since 1994, Rich currently leads many of LERA’s residential, mixed-use and office developments in the Northeast and internationally and has been responsible for significant firm growth within that market sector. Rich’s active projects include luxury residential towers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Jersey City and Philadelphia. He also has active lab and office projects throughout the region and is designing numerous supertall buildings in Malaysia. Rich served as Project Director for the structural design of 4 World Trade Center in New York, NY, which was the first building to open on the original WTC site.
