Benjamin Cornelius Presents on Risks of Property Line Construction for Design Professionals
On June 22nd, Benjamin Cornelius, P.E., Partner presented a webinar entitled "Risks of Property Line Construction for Design Professionals," along with construction attorney Kriton Pantelidis of Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP. The program was hosted by the Defense Research Institute.
Incorporating theories of liability and defense and real-world, practical professional solutions from an engineering and legal perspective, the program discussed the risks design professionals face in connection with construction projects involving closely adjoining or attached properties, and how design professionals can protect themselves from a professional angle prior to and during construction.
