LERA's Mile High Tower "Next Tokyo"

LERA's and KPF's notional vision for a cloud-harvesting tower in Tokyo Bay was featured on ArchDaily.

The scheme imagines a resurgent mega-city adapting to climate change in the year 2045, through the design of a high-density eco-district integrated with resilient infrastructure.
