Located in the Overseas Chinese Town, this 300-m (984-ft), 65-story tower has a total site area of approximately 14,119 sm (151,975 sf) and a total gross floor area of approximately 189,100 sm (2 million sf), including basement and refuge areas. The building contains four floors below ground, a 5,000-sm (53,820-sf) top floor club, 125,800 sm (1.4 million sf) of office space and 20,000 sm (215,300 sf) of retail space spread across the podium and basement, which also houses parking and mechanical rooms.
