LERA provided schematic design services for this 24 story hotel with two parking levels. The first hotel floor is located at approximately 230-ft (70-m) above ground level.

Amenities are contained in a five-story podium and large atrium structure, including a banquet hall, retail, health club, business center and dining. Gross construction area of the hotel is approximately 262,000-sf (24,300-sm).
