LERA was the structural engineer for a 7-story financial building located in a high seismic zone, with two below grade parking levels. The total gross area is approximately 592,000 sf (55,000 sm). A full-height atrium features a large glass skylight, a glass elevator and stairs and a 6-story glass wall supported by lenticular vierendeel trusses. Four glass-deck pedestrian bridges span the atrium, connecting the two wings of the building.
