LERA is the structural engineer for a luxury residential complex consisting of six residential towers ranging in height from 52 to 62 stories, with a total area of approximately 3.9 million sf. Interconnected by a sky bridge with sky garden and joggling track at around 300 ft high, the towers will be supported by 5-story podium and one to four basement levels. In addition, the residential complex includes amenities and a health club at the podium, and sky street/bridge levels.
